OMG this bar & restaurant is absolutely awesome & it comes with a 3 way liquor license! The location is fantastic just north of Union Hospital & the ISU campus, & just south of the 12 points intersection in an area that has had a ton of revitalization. I LOVE the interior decor. It has a country/western vibe & would make an awesome country/western bar. The family dining area is separate & would make a great event space if you do not wish to have a restaurant. There is a private back bar area w/ a separate entrance to the outdoor patio if you want to host private events. My mind was going wild here because the possibilities are endless. It is already producing fantastic revenue as it is. Plus there are 4 apartments grossing almost $18,000 yr additional income. Bring your dancing boots & all of your fun ideas & have the bar/restaurant/event space of your dreams!
