Biography
Dear Buyers and Sellers,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a full-time REALTOR® at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Newlin-Miller, REALTORS® and closed 35 transactions last year (2017). Achieving national recognition by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices by obtaining the Leading Edge Society Award.
Prior to my real estate career, I was an accomplished entrepreneur for 11 years as Vice President and Partner of a local document management company. I treated each business client with honesty and respect. The position I held required perseverance, tenacity, negotiation skills, and exceptional communication as I worked with an extremely diverse customer base. Today, as a career real estate agent, I bring those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of astute clients.
A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, I feel my intuition and diligence; while employing encouragement and genuine concern creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. My business approach is direct and successful. It’s important to me to listen to my client's needs and match them to the right property, then assure an honest and efficient transaction. My slogan, “Committed to Getting the Results You Deserve”, is one of my keys to long-term success.
Giving back is my lifelong philosophy which is on display as a founding member of Guys Who Give Vigo County Chapter, Board Member of TREES Inc. and a Volunteer Board Member at Indiana State University Federal Credit Union.
I graduated from North Daviess High School, and then went on to Indiana State University to earn my Bachelors & Masters of Science degrees in Exercise Physiology & Adult Fitness, while performing as a 4 year ISU Cheer Team member and 2 year co-captain.
I am married to my lovely wife Jodi, a teacher at Lost Creek Elementary, and a father of three young children. A Hoosier native, I have lived in Terre Haute, IN for nearly two decades. Eastside residents of Terre Haute may find me running or biking as these are some of my favorite activities.
I am a hard-working real estate professional that has the skill set and the ability to relate to many different personalities. Rest assured, I will always be available to answer your questions or address your concerns today, tomorrow and well into the future.
